Our family decided to take a little vacation to the Grand Canyon in April. Kevins oldest brother, Gary and his family live there. Gary was being put in as Branch President and Kevin really wanted to go and support him. It was seriously so much fun!!! I'm still not sure how we got our boys to leave?! Many thanks to Gary and Aironn and their boys for putting us up and for putting up with us! We had such a great time and can't wait to come back! (The 9 hour drive was well worth it.:)) We loved sight seeing, hiking, looking at elk, playing with cousins, playing games and just spending time with people we love. Thanks again for your hospitality!! Get ready for picture overload.
We saw this dinosaur on the drive down and knew Cohen would freak out over it. He is a little obsessed with dinosaurs. He is still talking about the hand in the dinosaurs mouth. I know it's a kind of creepy.
We had to get the typical tourist picture by the Grand Canyon National Park sign.
This has been named "the rock house" by Aironn. It is where we stayed and by the end of our trip it was re-named "my house" by Cohen. At night when he was ready to go, he would say,"Let's go back to my house now mommy!"
